(RWO) (www.rwolaw.com) has purchased and implemented Worldox as its Document Management System (DMS), converting from Open Text/Hummingbird DMS. A full-service law firm with over 30 attorneys, RWO chose Worldox to improve document management stability and comprehensive integration at an affordable price.
Network Administrator Donna Steir and Legal Administrator Stephen Dickson of RWO spearheaded the DMS change. Steir comments, “We knew we needed new document management software. DCNC exported all the firm’s legacy documents out of Open Text prior to the install, which greatly sped up the process. DCNC oversaw the installation, and Worldox was in place, successfully up-and- running by Monday morning.
