Worldox bested its DMS competition in 8 out of 9 categories and had the highest overall average % for vendor satisfaction. Also, Worldox/Web Mobile attained top marks in the Mobile Tools/Devices/Services category.
According to the Survey, notable wins for Worldox where the software performed markedly higher than competitors (in some cases 30% higher) were in the areas of Brand Reputation (98.1%), Ease of Integration into Firm’s Workflow (92.6%), Features and Functions (90.7%) and Price for Value (87%).
In the Mobile Tools/Devices/Services Category, Worldox/Web Mobile was frontrunner in Brand Reputation (91.7%), Customer Service and Responsiveness (91.7%), Features & Functions (91.7%) and Price for Value (91.7%).
