The Future of Litigation Workflow: Best Practices for Navigating Disputes in a Post-Pandemic Era
After more than a year of working remotely, adapting to court closures, accommodating delays in driving matters forward, and transforming their approach to technology-enabled dispute resolution, legal teams have reimagined how they collaborate, train, and thrive in 2021 and beyond. Join legal industry analyst, Ari Kaplan, in a conversation about:
- How the pandemic has impacted litigation in the short- and long term.
- Educating newer practitioners.
- Building cohesive and collaborative multidisciplinary teams.
- Leveraging technology to enhance litigation processes and outcomes
Ari will share perspectives on the practice of law in the next decade from his recent report – The Future of Litigation Workflow: Reimagining Technology and Process in the Next Decade – published by American LegalNet, which reveals the findings from interviews with 33 law firm partners at large law firms.
