Worldox on the iPad
The iPad app is free, but is not by itself enough to connect with Worldox. Worldox on the iPad is a new way to connect from remote locations to existing Worldox document repositories. So the first pre-requisite for iPad connection is Worldox itself. You must already be a Worldox user, with Worldox installed and set up at your main office location. You also need to have GX2 or GX3 installed. In addition, your firm must have a current maintenance agreement with Worldox, guaranteeing access to necessary program updates. The other important piece is Worldox/Web Mobile. Originally designed to enable laptop and smart phone access, this companion utility provides a server-based platform for remote connection providing you with online document management. Now with the iPad app, the possibilities for remote connection expand. No matter how you connect from out-of-office - iPad or otherwise, Worldox/Web Mobile is required. Logging in

You should have received these identifiers from your Worldox Administrator, the person at your film in charge of Worldox set-up and operation. As a valued Worldox customer, you are of course welcome to call Technical Support with questions. Please note however, that we will not be able to provide iPad login ID. Only your Worldox Administrator can do that.
