You can create  BookmarksBookmarks are created in Worldox to give fast access to specific folder locations. It’s a process similar to the way you would bookmark pages in Internet Explorer. Bookmarks correspond to locations, and can be “pinned” to the bookmark bar at the top of the screen if needed to make these choices easily visible. You can also “subscribe” to bookmarks to list them in the Workspaces folder tree zone, for the same purpose. for ProjectA Project in Worldox is a set of associated documents. You can create projects by dragging and dropping individual files onto the Project tab (beneath work lists) or to the My Workspaces folder atop the left-side folder tree. files, just as you would bookmark any other file list. On the main Worldox screen, under My Workspaces, click the project you want to bookmark.

Use the left-side navigation panel, search or other tools to find the file list and files you need. Or, look for the project in My Workspaces, in the navigation panel.

Double-click the project. That opens a new file list showing all project files.

With that project file list visible, select Add this List from the Bookmark menu. That opens the Bookmark > Add this List dialog.

Change the Bookmark name if necessary, and choose Pin to Button bar if you want this bookmark to stay visible on the Worldox bookmark bar (beneath the toolbar).

Note: Worldox Managers have the ability here to save the bookmark as public (for everyone) or for a custom set of users. Non-Managers do not see this choice, and can only create personal bookmarks.

Click Save.
