Searches that you perform often can be easily saved for re-use. You can even share saved searches by emailing search forms (also known as Find Templates and Search Templates ) to other Worldox users.

From the Worldox main window, click Find in the toolbar, or select Find from the Search menu.

Select and open a search form as instructed in Perform an Advanced Search.

On the Find Files form, define search criteria however you want. When you are ready to save, click Options near the bottom of the form.

Click Save Template on that Options menu, opening the Save Find Template dialog.

In the Save Find Template dialog:

Type a name for the search in the Name of Find Template field.

Select a Save Template for option. (Only Worldox users with Manager-level status see this choice.)

Click Save to save your customized search, then close the open Find Files template.

The next time you click Find, you will see this saved search on the list of available forms in the Search Templates dialog.
