Audit Files

Audit > File (also known as the Audit Trail feature) gives you a way to review file history, including when the file was created, who created it, when the file was last saved, plus any actions (e.g. renaming, copying) affecting the file. Audit searches detect changes made only within Worldox, not actions taken externally if allowed.

Note: Some firms restrict audit functions to Worldox Managers, so you may not see Audit choices on the toolbar or menu.

You can also print the list of file activity from the results dialog that appears after you have run an audit.
