You can also run more general audit searches that are not applicable to only one file. Auditing searching is done in the Audit > Search dialog, which can be accessed in two ways:
If you are already looking at file audit results in the Audit > File window, just click Find in the dialog toolbar.
Or, select Search from that Audit menu on the main Worldox screen.
Either way, you see the Audit > Search dialog:
You have great flexibility in this dialog, much as in other Worldox search forms. Set any search criteria needed.
Define the date range. (This is optional, but to limit the time to do the search, this is recommended.)
Date fields are pre-set for a 90 day search. Click the down arrow next to date fields to set any other date range desired.
Identify Cabinet fields (optional).
Set filters (optional): You can target files by name, by Doc ID, and/or by selected users and events.
If you know the Doc ID or description, enter that information in the appropriate fields.
Select user(s).
Click to include users you are about to select, or click
to exclude users. Then click Users to select one or more users in the Users dialog.
Select event(s).
Click to include events you are about to select, or click
to exclude events. Then click Events to select one or more users in the Events dialog.
Click OK. Audit search results then display in the Audit > File dialog.
