Audit “Added”
This indicates a file that was “added” outside of Worldox. Worldox found the file in the folder where it did not expect it because it was not located there by a Worldox action.
Audit “Arc/Move”
This indicates the file was moved to the Worldox Archive repository (if active).

This indicates that the file was checked in through the Worldox client.

This indicates that the file was uploaded to Worldox Connect and the synchronization process was started.
Audit Worldox Connect “Stop Sync”
This indicates that the synchronization process for the file in Worldox Connect has ended.

This indicates location of where a file was copied from.
Audit “Copy to”
This indicates location of where a file was copied to.
Audit “Deleted”
This indicates when a file is deleted. Note: If the file was deleted and sent to the Salvage bin and then restored, the audit event shows that it was moved and then restored.
Audit “Downloaded”
This indicates file was downloaded through Worldox Web product (optional).
Audit “Edit Profile”
This indicates the Profile (Metadata) was edited or security settings were changed.
Audit “Encrypted”
In a future release, this will indicate when a file has been encrypted.
Audit “F-lock”
This indicates that the file was sent to the Legal Hold repository and the F-lock (file lock) feature was applied. The file and all prior versions (if any) will be made read-only. For regulatory reasons, once you have locked it and made it read-only, you cannot reverse the function.
Audit “Forwarded”
This indicates when an email is forwarded through Worldox client only.
Audit “Launched”
This indicates when a file is launched from the Worldox client.
Audit “Legal Hold Add”
This indicates that the file was added to the Legal Hold repository.
Audit “Legal Hold Undo”
This indicates that the file was removed from the Legal Hold repository.
Audit “Move fr”
This indicates where a file is moved from.
Audit “Move to”
This indicates where a file is moved to.
Audit “Ocred”
In a future release, this indicates that the file was scanned using Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
Audit “Opened”
This indicates when a file is Opened through a File Open Command of a supported application.
Audit “Removed”
This indicates when a file has been removed outside of Worldox. Worldox expected the file to be in the folder but it was physically not. This removal was done by an external process (for example, through Windows Explorer, the Command prompt or AV quarantine to name a few).
Audit “Renamed fr”
This indicates when a file is Renamed or Re-profiled causing a move and this would be the “from” location.
Audit “Renamed to””
This indicates when a file is Renamed or Re-profiled causing a move and this would be the “to” location.
Audit “Replied”
This indicates when an email is replied to through the Worldox client only.
Audit “Replied to all”
This indicates when an email is Replied to all through Worldox client only.
Audit “Restored fr”
This indicates when a file is restored using the Archive feature and this would be the “from” location.
Audit Restored to”
This indicates when a file is restored using the Archive feature and this would be the “to” location.
Audit “Saved”
This indicates when an EXISTING file is Saved using the SAVE command in supported applications.
Audit “Save As”
This indicates when a NEW file is saved or the SAVE AS command of a supported application is used.
Audit “SendTo”
This indicates when a file is sent to another target location (for example, the Desktop, a certain network folder, an application such as Citrix ShareFile, etc.) using a Worldox SendTo menu command.
Audit “Unarchived”
This indicates when a file is removed from the Archive repository in Worldox.
Audit “Uploaded”
This indicates when a file has been uploaded to a third-party application (for example, RightSignature) using a web source.
Audit “Version”
This indicates when a file is versioned.
Audit “Viewed”
This indicates when a file is Viewed using the Worldox Viewer or preview pane. Note for the preview pane audit, scrolling is required.
Audit “Workflow Reply”
This indicates that a file sent using the Worldox Workflow feature received a reply (review/comment, approval/rejection, rating).
Audit “Workflow Sent”
This indicates that a file was emailed using the Worldox Workflow feature.
Audit “Worldox Start”
In a future release, this indicates when Worldox was started.
Audit “Worldox Close”
In a future release, this indicates when Worldox was closed.
