Enter a brief cover message for the workflow email. Note: Can be changed for 2nd and successive routes only, as long as those routes have not begun. Once the first (or only) workflow route has begun, the message can no longer change for that route. |
Question |
Click Question to open the first Workflow Route dialog, where you select the type of input you want to receive from participants. Note: Can be changed for 2nd and successive routes only, as long as those routes have not begun. Once the first (or only) workflow route has begun, the message can no longer change for that route. |
Route is a |
Click Route is a to open the second Workflow Route dialog. where you define success or failure. Note: Can be changed for any route which is still active (i.e., has not yet reached SUCCESS status, and response is still outstanding.) |
Due date |
Click Due Date. That opens a third Workflow Route dialog, with conditional date choices for templates. Note: Can be changed for any route which is still active (i.e., has not yet reached SUCCESS status, and response is still outstanding.) |

• Click Add User to add users in the Add User dialog. • Click Edit User to edit the selected user in the Workflow Route: Edit Recipient dialog. • Click Remove User to remove the selected user from the list. Note: Can be changed for any route which is still active (i.e., has not yet reached SUCCESS status), and response is still outstanding. You can add or edit recipients for routes already begun, but cannot remove recipients from those routes. You can add, edit or remove recipients on routes which have not started yet.) |
