When you select the Start button, you’ll see a percentage of the progress and see the status of space that is saved. You can select Cancel after selecting Start if you want to exit the process and try it later. For details, see Shredding Deleted Files.

list and use the Share

Worldox, see Uploading
and profiling a document.
In the Quick Access field, you can type a file’s full or partical doc ID, Description or Comments to quickly search for that document in Worldox. For details, see Using Quick Access.
Worldox provides a variety of ways for you to easily locate documents.
Find. When you touch the Find option, a list of search templates appears. You can touch a template to conduct the same search again or you can edit criteria. For details, see Finding a Document.
Direct Access. Direct Access is used to take a direct path to folder contents. This opens the Direct Access form, where you enter profile field identifiers (which equate to folder locations) to see files in that location. For details, see Using Direct Access.
Cabinets. Cabinets displays a list of cabinets (formerly called profile groups) with records you can access. For details, see Using Cabinets to Access Documents.
Bookmarks. The Bookmarks list displays a list of your personal bookmarks, those you added to the bookmark list or toolbar. Bookmarks are shortcuts to file lists, Favorite Files and previously accessed searches. For details, see Bookmarks.
Any Worldox Favorite files, Favorite Matters or Workspaces that you can access on your desktop follow you to the iPad app.
Favorites. Favorites displays a list of the recently used files by file types (programs) and by file action. The list reflects your activity, so, the list of Favorite Files changes over time. For details, see Favorite files.
Favorite Matters. Favorite Matters displays a list of matters you have accessed recently. This is similar to the Worldox Favorite Files feature except that folders are being tracked here rather than individual files. For details, see Favorite Matters.
Workspaces. The Workspaces area in Worldox for iPad displays the same Workspaces you have configured in the desktop version of Worldox. The Workspaces feature is an easy way to share projects and files in Worldox, as well as an alternative for creating and managing projects. The Workspaces area gains listings as you “subscribe” to available bookmarks and cabinet (profile group) links. For details, see Workspaces.
Send Picture to Worldox. You can now take photos with your iPad and save them with profile information into Worldox. For details, see Sending a picture to Worldox.
Import Document. If you have file sharing applications such as Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox installed, you can select this option to import a document from one of those apps into Worldox. For details, see Importing Documents.
