Editing the Worldox Button Order

You can change the order of default buttons (Favorites, Bookmarks, Favorite Matters and More) that appear at the bottom of file list or search results list screens.

Tap the menu  button in the Worldox for iPad iPhone main screen and select the Edit Button order option.

The Edit Button order screen appears.

The default buttons that appear on the bottom of the screen are the same buttons that will appear at the bottom of every file list or search results list. Defaults are:

You can change these defaults by dragging another button from the list down the screen on top of one of the default bottom buttons. For example, if you want the Dropbox button to be available from every file list or search results list screen, drag it down the screen and on top of the default button you want to replace, such as Favorite Matters.

By default, the bottom button bar will now show Favorites, Bookmarks, Dropbox and More buttons.

When you select a button, you will be brought to that Worldox view or option. (For example, tap Bookmarks to see a list of all your bookmarked locations in Worldox.)

If you add the More button to a file list, tap it to display remaining options. You can tap options from the More window to switch to the selected view or option.
