Spell-checking profile fields

Worldox includes an integrated spell-checker for checking Description and Comments fields in document profiles. Wherever those fields appear, you'll see the spell check button. Click it to open the Check Spelling dialog.

The Check Spelling dialog includes options that give you control over how the spell-checker works. For example, if you find that spell-checking takes too much time, then you can set an option in the spell-checker that improves spell-checking speed (at the expense of accuracy).

You can set preferences in Worldox to enable or disable the spell checker for any of the following actions:

•       Editing profiles

•       Copying documents

•       Moving documents

•       Saving documents

•       Renaming profiled documents

•       Setting defaults
