The Productivity Suite was introduced as a complementary add-on product for Worldox GX2. The Productivity Suite is now available as an add-on for GX3.

The Suite includes six utilities - or "modules" - which can help you work more productively with Worldox.
Note: The Productivity Suite is not a separate application, but rather an enhanced version of Worldox. Modules are configurable, so even if the Suite is running at your site, it's possible you may not have access to all modules. If you have questions about access to Productivity Suite tools, please check with your Worldox Administrator.
• Workflow
Enables automated reviews, approvals and transmittals for Worldox-managed documents.
• Task
Used to set up and track document-specific, Outlook-based reminders without leaving the Worldox window.
• Notify
A way to receive automatic notifications when specified actions are taken with tagged files and folders.
Instant messaging inside Worldox - with online/offline status messages visible to other users.

The Chat model of the Worldox Productivity Suite is being discontinued in GX3 as of July, 2012. Some GX3 sites may have this module activated, so Help content and other support will of course still be provided for these users.
