Note: If no Public templates have been pre-defined at your site, this dialog will be empty when it first appears.
Used in creating workflow templates, managing templates and in creating new workflows from templates.
Taking action
Click tabs to see active or closed workflows, both those you initiated, and those to which you respond. Then click templates listed in the top, scrolling field to see recipient lists in the bottom field.
• To create a new workflow request from a saved template, select the template from the top list, then click Select in the toolbar. That opens the Template > Select dialog.
• To create a new template, click Add in the toolbar, opening the Template > Add dialog.
• To edit a template, select it from the top list, then click Edit in the toolbar. That opens the Template > Edit dialog.
• To delete a template, select it from the top list, then click Delete in the toolbar.
