Bookmark > Create dialog - second

Used in creating new bookmarks.

Field/Choice

Description

Location

The Change button gives you the ability to essentially start over, to recreate the bookmark from scratch.

You most likely would not need to use this feature when creating a new bookmark. It can be very useful when you edit existing bookmarks.

On Selection

If you are bookmarking a list of search results, this additional choice appears on the Bookmark > Add dialog:

Set it to Perform search if you want the search to begin immediately after the bookmark is clicked.

If you would rather see the Search template first, then initiate the search from within that dialog, set it to Show template.

Bookmark Name

Worldox always suggests a name for the new bookmark, based on what the list being bookmarked is or how you got there. Edit as needed to shorten the name and make it easy to recognize.

Use a backslash in the name if you want to organize bookmarks into folders.

Pin to Button Bar

Uncheck this if you would rather see the bookmark listed on the Bookmarks pull-down menu. Otherwise, leave it selected to pin the bookmark to the bookmark bar.

Save Bookmark for

Specifies whether you want this bookmark to be available for the current user (Only Me), for all users (Everyone), or for only certain users (Limited Groups/Users). Only Worldox Managers have this choice.

If the third choice is selected, additional field and buttons drop in below. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to block or all access for selected groups and users.
