If this feature is enabled at your site, you may be able to send files from Worldox to other programs, to specific folders, to printers and other destinations that have been defined as special Send-To shortcuts for Worldox. Send-To choices are available via right-click and pull-down sub-menus, Here is the cascading Send-To menu.

When you send files this way, Worldox sends copies of the files to the defined target destination. The target is defined in a Send To shortcut, which is much like a Windows desktop shortcut. When you use the Send-To feature, the original files themselves are not moved or altered.
Send-To commands are useful in a wide range of applications. Many sites, for example, create a Send-To command for an attached disk drive, so that it's easy to take a list of files from Worldox and "export" them to the target drive.
To use Send To shortcuts:
Use the left-side navigation panel, search or other tools to find the worklist you need.
Highlight (select) the file(s) you want to send in any active worklist.
Note: You can send multiple files at once. If you select more than one, Worldox asks you to confirm your selection, in the Clarify Selection dialog. If you see this dialog, choose the appropriate option and click Continue.
Note: The Add/Edit choice at the bottom of this submenu takes you to the Send To > Add/Edit dialog, where you can add, edit or delete Send To targets.

Worldox then sends to files to the specified drive, location or application, and displays a message confirming this. Click OK to acknowledge the confirmation message.
