Show/hide the navigation panel

Note how the Navigation Panel button appears on the main toolbar. It appears recessed - set deeper in the toolbar - whenever the navigation panel is visible on the left-side of the screen.

Click Navigation Panel once to hide the navigation panel, then once again to re-open it. Or, select and re-select the Show/Hide > navigation panel listing on the Display pull-down menu. You can also press the CTRL + T keys on your keyboard to show and hide the navigation panel.

Show/hide the Location bar

To hide the Location bar, just click the Close button to the right of the open field:

Or, select and re-select the Show/Hide > Location Bar listing on the Display pull-down menu - or press the ALT + F2 keys on your keyboard - to show and hide the Location bar.

Show/hide the Filter bar

To hide the Filter bar, just click the minus sign to the right of the open field:

Or, select and re-select the Show/Hide > File Filter Bar listing on the Display pull-down menu - or press the ALT + F3 keys on your keyboard - to show and hide the Filter bar.

Show/hide comments in worklists

Note how the button appears on the main toolbar. It appears recessed - set deeper in the toolbar - whenever comments (if any) appear on worklists.

Click Comments in List once to hide list comments, then once again to make them reappear. Or, select and re-select the Show/Hide > Comments in List listing on the Display pull-down menu - or press the SHIFT + F6 keys on your keyboard - to show and hide list comments.

Show/hide date grouping

Date groupings are used to highlight date ranges on lists sorted by date. Here is an example, a list sorted on the Modified date column:

Date grouping subheads only appear when lists are sorted by date. If you don't want these date subheads to appear, right click on the column header for any date column in the list, then select Hide Groupings from the right-click menu.

To show date groupings on lists, right click on the column header for any date column in a list, then select Show Groupings from the right-click menu.

Show/hide pinned send to targets

Send-tos have long been available on the File pull-down menu and on right-click menus. Now you can change a display setting to show send tos on the Worldox frame, under the Bookmarks bar. And just as easily, hide them again.

This new option to display send-tos as "pinned" links - similar to bookmarks - is available on the Display > Show/Hide pull-down menu:

Any send-to items available to you are hidden by default. If you want them to appear on the Worldox frame, just select Pinned Send To's from the Display > Show/Hide pull-down menu. That pins send tos just beneath the Bookmarks bar, as in this example.

You may find it helpful to have send-to targets visible this way at times. When you are done sending files, just re-click Pinned Send To's from the Display > Show/Hide pull-down menu. That hides send to targets again.

Tip:   Send-tos are always available via pull-down or right-click menu. Select Send To on the File pull-down menu or right-click on any file to see the list. Here is a sample right-click, send-to menu.
