Menu choice |
Description |
Sort |

Direct Access |
Opens the List > Direct Access dialog, used to navigate directly to Worldox folders based on profile field values. |
Open File Location |
With a file selected on the worklist, this choice opens the source folder in which that file is located. It's a shortcut for quickly accessing source folders from dynamic lists (search results and project file lists, for example.) |
All Favorites |
Opens a new worklist displaying all Favorite files, in all Favorite file categories. Note: This has the same effect as selecting all in the List > Selected Favorite Files dialog. |
Filter by Categories |
Opens the List > Filter by Categories dialog, where you can select one or more categories by which to filter the visible worklist. |
Selected Favorites |
Opens the List > Selected Favorite Files dialog, where you can choose to display Favorite files from one or more tracked categories. |
Relations |
Opens the List > Relations dialog, which asks if you want to see all files related to the selected file(s). If yes, related files then display in a new worklist. |
Versions |
Opens a new worklist, showing all versions of the highlighted file. (If the highlighted file has no other versions, you see a message to that effect.) |
Export |
Opens the Print to File dialog, where you can name an export output file and select output format. |
Prints the currently visible worklist. |
|
Refresh |
Reloads the Worldox screen, refreshing the active worklist (just as Refresh works in web browsers). |
Previous File |
Moves the highlight to the previous file up the list, above the currently highlighted listing. |
Next File |
Moves the highlight to the next file down the list, below the currently highlighted listing. |
Undo Header |
Undoes the most recent change (if any) made to column header layout on the currently-visible worklist. Select this repeatedly to undo a series of column header changes. |
