New List tab

The New List tab appears automatically as the right-most choice on the worklist tab row. You can click this tab to create additional worklists, leaving the other open worklists active and available. (Here are tips on navigating worklists.)

Tip:  If you want to keep the currently-visible worklist available, click the New List tab before searching or opening another list. Otherwise the next list opened replaces the one you are looking at now.

Here's how the New List tab looks as it first opens:

The New List tab is empty to start. With nothing to show yet, you see what is essentially the starting Worldox screen, with action buttons used to find specific files and/or worklists:

Click Search to search for documents, starting in the Search Templates dialog.

Click Direct Access to navigate to folders/files via Direct Access

Click Favorite Files to access Favorite files, in the List > Selected Favorite Files dialog

Click Bookmarks to work with bookmarks, in the Bookmarks > Manage dialog.

Note:  Unlike other worklist tabs, New List does not have a close button. This tab is always visible.
