There is no equivalent to Windows Explorer on the iPhone. Files are managed by individual applications. You have to find the file using the source (or other compatible) application. Then either open it first, or select it from a list of files accessible to that application. Email attachments can be uploaded as well; these have to be opened first before uploading.
Open an iPhone application, such as Pages.
Locate the file you want to upload.
With that file either opened or selected, select Open in Another App from the Share icon's menu.
Select the app Format (for example, Word). Then select Open in Worldox. That opens (or re-opens) Worldox on the iPhone. You may have to log in again:
If your current Worldox session is still active, no login is required.
If your current session has timed out, the logon panel appears. Please log in again.
In Worldox, the Upload Files screen appears.
Select a Cabinet from the drop-down list. Fields related to the selected cabinet appear. Tap profile field buttons to open field table dialogs. Select or enter values for all profile fields.
Note: See Working with fields for tips on how to select or enter values in different types of Worldox fields on the iPhone.
In the following example, the Client Files cabinet has Client, Matter, DocType, Author and Typist fields. The document's Description has been changed from "Blank" to "Deed". After profile information is complete, select Upload. Worldox then saves the profile and saves the file in the specified folder.
Note: Once a document has been profiled, it is under Worldox control. Most profile changes can only be done on the desktop version of Worldox.
