Logging In

Tap the Worldox  icon on your iPhone’s home screen. The Worldox for iPhone login screen appears.

Enter the Worldox URL.

Note: The Remember the Worldox URL option is activated by default. If you leave this enabled you will not have to enter the URL upon subsequent logins.

Enter the server name.

Note: The Remember the Server Name option is activated by default. If you leave this enabled you will not have to enter the URL upon subsequent logins.

Enter the server password.

Note: The Remember the Server Password option is activated by default. If you leave this enabled you will not have to enter the server password upon subsequent logins.

Enter your user code.

Note: The Remember the User Code option is activated by default. If you leave this enabled you will not have to enter the user code upon subsequent logins.

Enter your user password.

Notes:

If you need to modify credentials, select Edit in any of the login screens.

 If you forgot your password, you can touch I forgot my password. The Password Reset screen appears. Enter your email address, confirm it and then select Request Password. An email will be sent to you. You can click a link in the email to reset your password. When you reset your password, you will be prompted to use one of the following characters if you try to save a password that does not contain one: ~!@#$%^&*()_-+=;

Select Continue.

A status message says, “Checking User Password,” as your password is validated. Then the Worldox for iPhone main screen appears.
