World Software Technical Support is available to Worldox Maintenance Agreement customers free of charge between 9:00 am and 7:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday, except on common American business holidays.
Before calling Technical Support, please do the following:
Call from the device that is giving you trouble if you’re calling about a specific workstation, access point or user.
If the problem involves an error message, then please write down the exact error message so you can tell Technical Support what is happening. Or, capture that message image on-screen and send it to us. (Just hit the Prt Scr key on your keyboard, then paste the image into a Word document.)
Support technicians may request an iPad "device log" in order to trouble-shoot the problem. You can find device logs here.

Now there is a new way to reach Worldox Tech Support, the Worldox Customer Portal.
This secure website gives you a way to submit service requests quickly, without picking up the phone and waiting for a technician.
Just login, create and send a service request. That puts you in our customer service queue.
The next available technician handles your request, at which point you will get a call back or email for further assistance. If we cannot reach you at that time, we will leave a message.
To access the Worldox Customer Portal, just send an email to: support@worldox.com or call Tech Support or to get your Login name and password for this time-saving service.
