Workflow Introduction

The Workflow feature is a Worldox add-on available for purchase that automates and improves productivity. It enables automated reviews, approvals and transmittals for Worldox-managed documents. It also allows you to:

Create routes for document transmittals, approval and review – for one or several documents.

Set next steps and follow on actions, creating sequential, decision based document flows.

Select participants and request action (review/comment, approve/reject, rate), customizing recipient lists as needed for subsequent routes.

Monitor workflow activity, viewing progress reports (views and replies per user) plus route summaries.

Receive email updates as replies are received and a final update when the request action is complete.

Manage active/completed outbound workflows (those you initiated).

Manage inboxes – your participation in workflows created by others.

Monitor workflow progress within file list entries, via per file comments
