Most choices on the compare with compareDocs pull-down or right-click menu start and complete the comparison process, the difference between those options being how reports are output, saved and/or sent.
The exception is the Load into compareDocs choice. This opens the pdfDocs compareDocs window and loads in selected files, but does not actually run the comparison.
• The pdfDocs compareDocs window always opens when a comparisons run, but may not be visible. Once comparison reports are available, it disappears.
• This window is where you go to change Report Type and other settings.
