Worldox has always provided several ways to personalize and customize the application to fit your needs. What is new in GX3 is this visual signal that one or more customization options are in fact available. Introducing the wrench icon.
Here you see the new icon at the bottom of the redesigned folder-tree pane. This little wrench is your cue that some type of customization is available here:
Sure enough, clicking the wrench icon 
opens the
Configure
Tree Tabs dialog, where you can re-order and even hide category
buttons.
So look for the icon on Worldox screens and windows. Wherever the little wrench appears, customization options are available to you.
