Managing Favorite searches

There is a Favorites tab in the Search Templates dialog. What appears on this favorites list is up to you. Here is how to manage search favorites.

Add search forms to the Favorites tab list

  1. Click Find in the toolbar to open the Search Templates dialog.

In the Search Templates dialog:

  1. Click the All or Personal tab.

  2. When the selected tab opens, find the search form or view you want to add to the Favorites list. Right-click that listing, then select Add to Favorites on the right-click menu.

That adds the selected search form or view to the Favorites tab list in this dialog.

Remove search forms from the Favorites tab list

  1. Click Find in the toolbar to open the Search Templates dialog.

In the Search Templates dialog:

  1. Click the Favorites tab.

  2. When that tap opens, find the search form or view you want to remove from the Favorites list. Right-click that listing, then select Remove from Favorites on the right-click menu.

That removes the selected search form or view from the Favorites tab list.
