Taking action
Highlight (select) any listed template, then click Select in the toolbar to open that search template, or run the search.
You can also click Delete to delete the selected template.
Note: Depending on how the search form was saved, selecting it here may actually run the search, instead of opening the template. See instructions below.
Though an edit button appears on this dialog, it is inactive. To make changes:
Select any template listed here and click Select.
Note: If the template you want to change was set up so that the search runs immediately on selecting the template, you will not be able to open the template directly. So select any other template. Here are instructions for opening "search immediately on selection" views and forms for editing.
Then, when the Find Files dialog opens for that selection, click Options at the bottom of the form and select Edit Templates. That opens the Edit Templates dialog, where you can select any search template for editing; selecting the listing in that dialog opens the Find Files template for editing, regardless of how that form was saved.
