Worldox makes finding files easy. Worldox search is your most powerful tool, but certainly not the only one available:
• Use the left-side navigation panel to find files by profile group or activity status.
• Direct Access is a shortcut for accessing specific folders quickly.
• If you know the document ID, you can use the Location bar to find that file.
• Files may already be bookmarked; saved bookmarks can be "pinned" to the top part of the screen frame. Bookmarks are shortcuts to often-used worklists.
• Files may also be available as "Favorites" choices.
• If you're trying to locate files on very long lists, filtering can really help. Use the filter bar, or try the Tags tab for a more visual style of filtering. You can also filter lists by category (another new feature in GX3.)
