Used in adding/change text hints for toolbar buttons, also in customizing pull-down menus and customizing keyboard shortcuts.
Highlight (select) any listed pull-down menu item, then click Edit in the toolbar to make changes, in the Menu > Edit dialog. Back in the Edit Menu dialog, click Save to save your changes.
