Favorite files are files you have recently saved or otherwise used. Worldox “remembers” and lists up to 20 recently accessed files in each Favorites category. When you start using Worldox, you may have just a few favorite categories listed. As you work with more programs and files, Favorites categories change to reflect this activity.
In the Worldox for iPhone main screen, select Favorites. The Favorites screen appears. It displays categories in which favorite files are available.
In this example, Checked-Out is selected. A list of checked-out files appears.
Tap a file to open it and view profile details.
In the Favorites screen, select My Chosen Favorites to see any files you deliberately chose to be a favorite file in the desktop version of Worldox.
The following example shows a list of chosen favorites.
In the desktop version of Worldox, you can choose a file to be a favorite by clicking to the left of it to activate a red heart icon. Or you can right-click it and select Add to my chosen favorites.
To remove it from your favorites, simply right-click the heart and select Remove from my favorites or click the red activated heart so that it becomes grayed-out and deactivated.
