Devine Millimet Maximizes Paper Capture and Document Management with DocSolid KwikTag for Worldox®

Firm-wide rollout is scheduled for January.

Devine Millimet, a New Hampshire-based law firm, has more than 80 lawyers and 200 employees. In 2001, the firm installed Worldox and invested in adopting and optimizing electronic document management. Scanning paper documents into digital format became a priority as Worldox became part of Devine’s mainstream workflow, and that’s why KwikTag became essential.

Automatic audits during and after the scanning ensure that each document is captured properly. KwikTag uses any brand of MFP or scanner, with a one-button operation and without complex logins or typing at the machines.

KwikTag® for Worldox® Adds Powerful, Integrated Document Scanning to Market Leading Document Imaging for Law Firms

Worldox Document Management customers can now add KwikTag as an enterprise scanning platform, and capture client matter paper documents directly into Worldox electronic folders.

DocSolid has integrated KwikTag seamlessly into the Worldox user screens, so that adding scanned paper documents to client matter folders is part of the Worldox standard workflow. Paper documents are profiled directly into Worldox, just like emails or Word documents. A bar code label then is attached to the document, to link it to the Worldox client matter folder. At the MFP or other scanning device, users can scan stacks of documents with the touch of a single button. Scanned documents are OCR’d, converted to PDF, and automatically placed in the Worldox repository client matter folders. Automatic audits ensure integrity throughout the process.

Worldox law firms are looking to extend their implementations to fully unify their client information. That means moving paper from the file room, where it is difficult to access, into the electronic folder, where it becomes part of a secured, easy to access client record.

Powered through a partnership with reputable cloud provider CoreBanc Inc., CompleteCloud is a hosted environment complete with server and desktop software including Worldox, Microsoft® Office Professional and Microsoft Exchange – a full Windows desktop for one low monthly price.

World Software Corporation is the first legal DMS provider to launch its own branded hosted desktop and server offering, proof of the innovative spirit of the company and its ability to stay abreast of the latest technology.

Worldox CompleteCloud includes a core set of essential components including:

  • Worldox GX2 DMS
  • Windows 7 Virtual Desktop
