Access to the set-up portion in the Notify module will most likely be tightly controlled at your company. Just as with Worldox Audit features, only Administrators or Managers are likely to have rights to define and monitor notifications.
Non-administrator level Worldox users can be the recipients of notification emails, at the discretion of the person setting up individual notification requests.
Note: These instructions assume Administrator-level access rights. Decisions on who can access Notify set-up and monitor features is made within your company. If you have questions on access or rights, please contact your Worldox Administrator.
Notify functions are found under the Audit pull-down menu in Worldox:
The File and Search choices on the Audit pull-down menu lead to standard Worldox Audit tools. The third, Notify choice opens the Audit > Notify dialog, which presents current notifications (if any) in the left pane, with detail for the selected notification appearing on the right side.
