If the Productivity Suite is running at your site - and the Chat module is activated - you should see the Worldox Instant Message dialog open automatically as Worldox opens. It will be located at the lower right of the screen, just above the task bar:
If you close that dialog, it reappears automatically the next time Worldox starts up. As long as the dialog is hidden, Worldox draws your attention to the Chat function with this message, floating over your avatar icon:
To make the Worldox Instant Message dialog reappear, click anywhere in that reminder message or click your avatar icon (
in the example above) in the Windows taskbar. That reopens the dialog.
