Two horizontal utility bars appear just beneath worklist tabs on the main Worldox window:
Tip: Clicking Location and Filter fields opens drop-down lists of recent locations and filters respectively. Those lists can get rather long, so in GX3 you can selectively delete drop-down listings to shorten lists and make them more useable. |
• The Filter bar provides tools for filtering worklists.
• The Location bar serves several purposes. First, it can; be used as a shortcut to access specific locations or files. Or, use the drop-down list to access previously-visited worklists. The Location bar also provides ways to open and save window styles in Worldox.
