The Worldox ScanScap interface causes scans created with a Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner to automatically prompt for Worldox profile information and save them into Worldox.
If the Worldox profile is cancelled, then the scan file will be left in the folder defined in the ScanSnap configuration.
To install the Worldox ScanSnap interface software, do the following:
1. Unpack the contents of the zip file you have downloaded to a temporary folder.
2. Double-click the install-wdsnapscan.exe file to start the installation.
3. Accept the license conditions and click Next.
4. When prompted for the folder to install to, browse to your Worldox network program folder.
5. Click Next until you see confirmation of the program having been installed.
6. Re-start your Worldox client to get the relevant settings distributed to your workstation.
7. If other users have the ScanSnap software installed, then run the wdScanSave.exe file as described in Manually Configuring the Fujitsu ScanSnap Application.
