Creating new email folders

  1. With  the Worldox Email tab visible, right-click on the Mailbox folder in the left-side navigation panel, then select New Folder from the right-click menu.

That opens the New Folder dialog.

  1. In the New Folder dialog, enter a short name for the new folder in the Name field, then click OK. That adds the new folder to the left-side navigation panel of the Email tab, and to the list of folders in your email program.

Note:  The new folder will not appear in Worldox until the screen reloads. To see it immediately, click Refresh in the toolbar. That refreshes the Worldox screen.
