Available columns

Any time you generate or choose a worklist, you are usually seeing only part of the information available on the files listed. Typically you see Doc ID, Description, and perhaps a Modified date column.

Worldox makes an initial, default decision on which columns to display for each different list type. That default is a starting place only. Your Worldox Administrator can change available column choices, then save those changes as window styles so all users at your site see the same column line-ups on different lists.

Assuming you have the appropriate rights, you may be able to further customize which columns appear on lists and how, by saving and applying window styles for your own workspace, and by defining column templates.
