Here are the file actions Worldox tracks (audits). These events can be selected for audit queries on the Audit > Search dialog, and can appear as found items on audit trail reports.

Copied fr |
A file is copied; this would be the “from” location. |
Copied to |
A file is copied; this would be the “to” location. |
Deleted |
A file is deleted. Note: If the file was deleted to the Salvage bin, that action lists as a Move. |
Downloaded |
A file is downloaded through Worldox/Web Mobile. |
Edit Profile |
A file profile is edited, or security settings were changed for that file. |
Edit-time |
Inactive. Please disregard. |
Forwarded |
Email is forwarded (from within Worldox only). |
Launched |
A file is launched (opened) from within Worldox. |
Legal Hold add |
A file is placed in Legal Hold storage. |
Legal Hold undo |
A file is restored from Legal Hold storage to Active. |
Mirroring |
This indicates that a file was mirrored on open or save. Note: That feature is off by default. When reported as email events, this indicates mail accessed, stored and operated from within Worldox only. |
Moved fr |
A file is moved; this would be the “from” location. |
Moved to |
A file is moved; this would be the “to” location. |
Opened |
A file is opened thru the File Open command of a supported application. |
Printed |
A document is printed thru the File print command of Word, Excel or WordPerfect under macro control. |
Removed |
A file is discovered to be missing from Worldox. Worldox expected the file to be in the folder, but it was no longer there. |
Rename fr |
A file is renamed or re-profiled, causing a move; this would be the “from” location. |
Rename to |
A file is renamed or re-profiled, causing a move; this would be the “to” location. |
Replied |
Email is replied to (from within Worldox only). |
Replied to all |
Email is replied to all senders (from within Worldox only). |
Restored fr |
A file is restored using the Archive feature; this would be the “from” location. |
Restored to |
A file is restored using the Archive feature; this would be the “to” location. |
Saved |
Changes are saved to an existing file in a supported application using the Save as command in a supported application. |
Saved As |
A new file is saved, or an existing file is saved as something else using the Save as command in a supported application. |
Unarchived |
A file is restored back to the Archive area of the profile group with which the file is associated. |
Version |
A file is versioned (new version created). |
Viewed |
A file is viewed using the Worldox Viewer window or Viewer tab. Note: Preview actions only count as View events when users scroll down within the Viewer tab. |
Workflow reply |
A file is the subject of a workflow request, and a reply to that request is received. |
Workflow sent |
A file is the subject of a workflow request. |
