Worthmore Software Announces Caseworth Integration With Worldox GX

WorthMORE Softear Announces CaseWORTH Integration with Worldox Document Management System

Legal Software Provider Announces Link with Multi-Award-Winning Document Management Product

March 31, 2008 – Fayetteville, AR...Arkansas-based WorthMORE Software announced a new integration between its CaseWORTH™ software and the Worldox® Document Management System (DMS) from World Software Corporation™. CaseWORTH, WorthMORE’s flagship product, allows personal injury, medical malpractice, social security and worker’s compensation attorneys to efficiently manage the financial data aspects and calculations of their cases. The Worldox Document Management System organizes, controls, describes, indexes and categorizes e-mail content and electronic documents.

The CaseWORTH/Worldox integration works as follows. When CaseWORTH users invoke the “File/Open”, “File/Save”, and “File/Save As” prompts, Worldox is triggered, allowing the user to either open, or profile and save the CaseWORTH database into the Worldox document repository. Also, Worldox can index the text content of CaseWORTH files, so they can be
searched for and retrieved through Worldox search tools.

Robert Gray, Founder and President of WorthMORE Software, said “We are thrilled to be able to offer our clients integration with an industry leader like Worldox. At CaseWORTH, we are committed to helping our clients organize and track their personal injury case information more effectively, and the Worldox integration continues and enhances this commitment.”

Tom Burke, President and CEO of World Software Corporation, said, “We anticipate that our clients will be very excited about our integration with CaseWORTH, especially since many personal injury law firms use Worldox. The link between these two products will certainly benefit our mutual customer base.”

About WorthMORE Software and CaseWORTH

WorthMORE Software was founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of GrayLint Enterprises, which was incorporated by Robert Gray and Scot Linton in 1997. In their work as legal technology consultants, Gray and Linton recognized a gap in what personal injury practice management software provided - the ability to do the financial calculations, projections and reporting that are required for personal injury cases. They started WorthMORE Software where they specifically designed CaseWORTH to assist personal injury attorneys during their cases. WorthMORE released CaseWORTH Version 1.0 in March 2006 and its built-in Personal Injury Settlement Calculator option quickly became one of the product’s major selling points. CaseWORTH 2.0 was released in January 2008 and is the currently-shipping version of the product. The product is currently installed in many law firms throughout the United States.
