Introducing Worldox/Web Mobile: Total Access to Worldox Documents from Anywhere, Via Handheld Mobiles or Web Browsers

Ridgewood, NJ, May 19, 2008 – World Software Corporation®, a leading provider of document management technology, has announced Worldox/Web Mobile®: the first product that allows Worldox users to find and act on their documents from anywhere on Earth, 24x7.

Worldox/Web Mobile is a unified, easy-to-deploy document management solution that works with handheld mobile devices such as BlackBerry®, iPhone®, Palm®, and other PDAs, and with standard web browsers on notebooks and desktop PCs. The product, which replaces Worldox/Web, will be available in June 2008; orders are being accepted now. When released, Worldox/Web Mobile will replace World Software’s current Worldox/Web product.

On handheld devices: Worldox/Web Mobile will allow users to Find, View and Email documents and emails directly from their BlackBerrys® or other handheld devices. It gives mobile device users automatic, real-time availability of Favorite Files, Bookmarks, and Find Templates, all copied directly from the user’s Worldox desktop.

On a PC Browser: When accessed from within a Web browser running on a PC notebook or desktop, Worldox/Web Mobile offers an upgraded interface that recreates much of the state-of-the-art Worldox GX client. Robust Find, View, Check Out, Check In, Version Control, and Email commands are all available here, designed to closely follow the standard gx client. And, as with handheld access, users have automatic, real-time availability of Favorite Files, Bookmarks and Find Templates, direct from their Worldox desktops.

Cost:

• -Server License cost - $995
• -Sever (annual) maintenance cost $200 (annual charge)
• -Client license cost $49 per user (License required for each named user requiring access)
• -Client license maintenance - $10 per user license (annual charge)

For existing Worldox/Web customers, with a current maintenance agreement, there is no Server License upgrade charge. They only need to purchase the number of users who require web access. The reinstatement charge for Worldox/Web customers with an elapsed maintenance agreement is $600, which includes one year of maintenance.
