World Software Corporation Launches Worldox Productivity Suite Affordable Workflow Toolbox at ABA TECHSHOW in Chicago

ABA TECHSHOW, CHICAGO – April 11, 2011 – Today at ABA TECHSHOW, World Software Corporation® (www.worldox.com), the company behind the award-winning Worldox® Document Management System (DMS) software, officially launches the Worldox Productivity Suite. The Suite features six essential utilities which maximize productivity, including streamlined, affordable workflow. World Software will be demonstrating the Worldox Productivity Suite at its TECHSHOW booth#514.

The new Worldox Productivity Suite is an add-on to Worldox GX2 document management and provides essential workflow utilities at a reasonable price. It integrates seamlessly into Worldox toolbars, menus and document file structure, translating into a minimal learning curve after installation and long-term ease-of-use.

The workflow functions alone are worth the price, but the Productivity Suite includes a total of six essential utilities which maximize productivity including:

  • Workflow: automated reviews, approvals, transmittals
  • Event Notifier: automatic notification on actions taken with tagged files folder
  • Task Reminder: a way to set up file-related Outlook tasks inside Worldox
  • Chat: instant messaging within Worldox
  • PDF and Document Comparison Utilities: special Worldox Productivity Suite
  • versions of pdfDocs and compareDocs from our partner DocsCorp

The Worldox Productivity Suite is priced by number of users and introductory promotional pricing is being offered for a limited time.

For firms of 25 users or less, promotional pricing for the Suite is $99 per user (plus $40 maintenance each) which is $100 off the list price of $199 + $40 maintenance. This price includes all six utilities including select functionality from pdfDocs and compareDocs.

For firms of more than 25 users, promotional pricing is $59 per user (plus $25 maintenance each) which is $60 off the list price of $119. This version of the Suite includes Workflow, Event Notifier, Task Reminder and Chat utilities, but does not include pdfDocs or compareDocs functionality.
