Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen Selects and Implements Worldox® Document Management Software
Richmond, VA Law Firm Converts to Worldox from Autonomy's iManage

RIDGEWOOD, NJ – November 9, 2010 – World Software Corporation® (www.worldox.com) today announced that Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen (www.allenandallen.com), a law firm in Richmond, VA, has selected Worldox as its Document Management System (DMS).

A personal injury firm with approximately 125 employees including 23 attorneys, Allen and Allen recently migrated its documents and e-mails to Worldox from its previous document management software, Autonomy's iManage.

The firm's IT Manager Tommy Coe also looked at NetDocuments, Xerox DocuShare and a few other options and ultimately selected Worldox. Coe says, “We felt that Worldox was stronger for e-mail management, document security and ease of use for employees, and it needed less software and hardware than iManage had required. With Worldox, our administration is simplified, our long-term costs lower, and our application integration more seamless.”

Laurie Odgers of Philadelphia-based O2 Consulting handled the iManage-to-Worldox conversion. Odgers explains, “Worldox is an ideal fit for Allen and Allen. The software is more manageable for their IT staff and their users will appreciate Worldox's intuitive interface.”
