SPSK is using WORLDOX 2002 to its full capacity, adopting the new WORLDOX/InBox E-mail Management System, Quick Profiles, Related Documents and Tabbed Worklists features. SPSK’s IT staff was extremely pleased with what they referred to as a totally seamless conversion from Hummingbird’s Docs Open 3.7 to WORLDOX. |

WORLDOX/Web Portal and Extranet
In 1997, the 125-attorney Los Angeles firm Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp installed WORLDOX as its Document Management System for its 250 users. After great success with WORLDOX, Mitchell installed WORLDOX/Web in 2001 because they needed a high performance remote access tool for their attorneys who traveled frequently or worked from home. WORLDOX/Web has proven to be a great benefit to the firm by increasing productivity and allowing them to maintain their competitive edge. |

Choosing "SQL-free" WORLDOX
In 1998, a 200-attorney law firm piloted both a leading SQL-based system (iManage) and WORLDOX side by side. As a result of the comparison, they chose WORLDOX's "SQL-free" architecture.
Not only was WORLDOX far less troublesome and resource-intensive to administer, it performed better in such critical areas as reliability, integration with applications, searching and WAN administration. |

Conversion from GroupWise
After conducting a rigorous shootout between iManage, PC DOCS and WORLDOX, Starnes & Atchison selected WORLDOX as its Document Management System (DMS).
The firm converted from GroupWise 5.5 Document Management System to WORLDOX in February, 2000. With 40 attorneys and 1 million documents, this Alabama-based firm says converting to WORLDOX was "one of the best decisions (we) have made. Like breathing, I often don't have to think about it." |
