Seamless Document Profiling

Los Angeles, CA – November 9, 2004 – Profiling documents has never been easier since the integration of WordAssist and WORLDOX®. Integrating the WordAssist Word automation tool with the WORLDOX Document Management System just makes sense. Users enter document information only once in WordAssist, then WORLDOX automatically retrieves the pertinent data for the document’s profile. The amount of time spent and number of errors made are greatly reduced.

Clients have commented on what a significant time-saver this integration is for the end user. WordAssist picks up client-matter, author and other data from dialog boxes and populates the appropriate fields automatically when creating the initial document profile.
