World Software Corporation Announces Availability of
WORLDOX 2002 Service Release 1 (SR-1)

Ridgewood, NJ, March 14, 2003 - World Software Corporation®, a leading provider of document management technology, announced today the availability of WORLDOX® 2002, Service Release 1 (SR-1). Available for download by all WORLDOX Maintenance Customers at no charge, the SR-1 release includes upgraded integration with Workshare® DeltaView® document comparison software and PDF conversion programs, as well as new features such as Color Controls, which allows users the option to customize the color scheme of their WORLDOX display windows.

With SR-1, WORLDOX 2002 is now fully integrated with the latest versions of DeltaView (versions 2.72 and 2.81). WORLDOX users can select two files or versions of a document and send them to be compared in DeltaView directly from WORLDOX. Alternatively, users can browse for files from DeltaView using WORLDOX. The upgraded integration also allows users to save the comparison "redline" and relate it to the original or modified document using Related Documents, a feature introduced in the initial release of WORLDOX 2002. The SR-1 release also features integrations with PDF Conversion programs: FinePrint's pdfFactory (standard and Pro) and pdf995. The basic integration allows users to select a document in WORLDOX and Send To either pdfFactory or pdf995 for conversion to PDF format. WORLDOX users with pdfFactory products installed can take advantage of enhanced integration options. By selecting a document in WORLDOX, the user can send the file to pdfFactory for conversion to PDF format, then select whether to attach the PDF to an e-mail message, open in either pdfFactory or Adobe Acrobat, or save the PDF directly to a specified folder. New WORLDOX Color Controls make their debut in the SR-1 release. With Color Controls, WORLDOX users can individually customize and configure their display for major WORLDOX windows, including the main file list. Background and text colors can be completely tailored to provide alternating colors or highlighting for improved readability and contrast.
