Time Matters users can now tap into the power of WORLDOX with brand new robust integration!
With the release of Time Matters 3.0 (Sp 3) and the imminent shipping of WORLDOX 2000, World Software's award-winning WORLDOX® legal Document Management System now seamlessly integrates with leading Practice Management software Time Matters®. WORLDOX prerequisite is release date after June 5, 2000.

Advantages of WORLDOX to Time Matters Users

1. WORLDOX Document Management Muscle - On its own, Time Matters's document management capability includes Scanning, Auto-Naming, Sorting and Indexing for quick file retrieval. But when WORLDOX arrives to the party, the real document management powerhouse kicks in. Users will now be able to create a document in Time Matters, but then will be able to profile and search it with WORLDOX's sophisticated document management technology, and use of its best-of-breed ISYS search engine. For example, a Time Matters user creates a document within Time Matters. Then, when the user goes to save, WORLDOX pops up, automatically filling in all profile data that was entered into Time Matters. This is possible through context sensitive data links (Profile Extensions) that match Time Matters field names with WORLDOX Profile Group names.

2. Global/Conflict-of-Interest Searches - An incomplete Conflict-of-Interest Search is virtually useless. But, with the teamed power of WORLDOX and Time Matters, Global (Conflict-of-Interest) Searches are thorough and accurate. Without WORLDOX, Time Matters global searches are only able to search those documents originated in Time Matters. Because non-TM documents are excluded from the search, the user is not informed of all potential conflicts. But, with WORLDOX's extensive search capability, the Global Search can be truly global, including Time Matters, WORLDOX and outside documents across the entire WAN.

3. DropZone E-mail Management - By adding WORLDOX, Time Matters users get e-mail management tool "DropZone" which allows you to drag, drop and profile e-mail messages and attachments right in to your file database. No more scrolling through long lists of e-mails and looking through folders - with DropZone, the messages are transformed into searchable documents.

4. WORLDOX/WEB Extranet Capability and Remote File Access - Extranets are becoming a growing consideration for law firms. WORLDOX offers extranet capability through WORLDOX/WEB, allowing you to provide secured access to internal and external parties authorized to view documents. WORLDOX/WEB allows the firm's employees to be equally as productive at home or on the road as they are in the office. The firm's clients can securely share and access documents on-demand, independent of e-mail.
