WORLDOX INTEGRATION WITH nQueue
WORLDOX Document Management Software Links with nQueue’s Cost Recovery
September 27, 2006 - Ridgewood, NJ – World Software Corporation, producers of WORLDOX, the company’s award-winning document management software, and nQueue, Inc., the leading provider of information accountability software to the legal market, today announced the integration between WORLDOX and nQueue’s nQexpense recovery platform. With this new link in place, WORLDOX and nQueue now automatically share Client/Matter data behind the scenes, saving users valuable time (by reducing manual data entry) and maximizing expense reimbursement.
The WORLDOX DMS expertly manages documents and e-mails, allowing law firms to profile documents with metadata such as Client, Matter, Author and Document Type. nQueue is a browser-based information accountability system which allows users to track, manage and charge back expenses for copies, prints, faxes, scans and other disbursements.
How the Integration Works
When the WORLDOX user clicks “Print”, nQueue automatically retrieves the Client/Matter numbers from the document’s WORLDOX profile and logs the event. Users no longer have to waste time manually typing Client/Matter numbers into nQueue – the integration does it for them. Having captured the print action, nQueue stores the event in its central SQL database for later reporting. This improves the accuracy of chargeback to the client, leading to more recovered costs and more income for the firm.
