WORLDOX® Integrates with LawBase

January 27, 2003, Ridgewood, N.J. - World Software Corporation® announced today that the WORLDOX® Document Management System now integrates with Synaptec Software Inc.'s LawBase Case Management System. The integration between WORLDOX and LawBase offers a simpler way to access specific document folders such as Client/Matter without requiring the user to perform a separate search. The LawBase/WORLDOX link allows for faster results with fewer actions.

The integration provides a WORLDOX icon on the LawBase Icon Bar. When the user is in a LawBase Matter, clicking on the WORLDOX icon will pull up a window with a listing of all the WORLDOX documents related to that particular Matter. The integration also allows the user to create notes in LawBase and select documents to attach using the WORLDOX search options. Setup for the LawBase/WORLDOX link is straightforward using LawBase's GlueWare technology.
