WORLDOX Introduces New DropZone Feature
Full WORLDOX Desktop Integration – E-mail and More

Ridgewood, N.J. – March 30, 2000 – WORLDOX, the award-winning document management software for law firms, has introduced WORLDOX DropZone, a whole new way to create profiles for documents, e-mail messages and most other "information objects" with drag-and-drop ease and simplicity.

Any information object, such as a word processing file, e-mail message or attachment, voice message or fax file can be dragged and dropped into the DropZone target on your Windows 95/98/NT/desktop. WORLDOX responds with a window from which a standard or customized WORLDOX document profile form can be selected.

A completely filled-in profile template can be created for even greater convenience. With the profile template, after dropping a file, you need only confirm the profile with a simple click. The client, matter, document or whatever information is defined within the profile is filled in automatically. Your own personalized library of profile templates can be created, or a WORLDOX Manager can create profile templates for firm-wide use.

Any information object profiled with WORLDOX DropZone instantly becomes part of your WORLDOX document repository. It can all then be searched with the same powerful WORLDOX search capability customers already appreciate.

WORLDOX DropZone is not exclusively for users of Microsoft products. WORLDOX DropZone is also versatile with Windows Explorer, or from any other software that supports drag-and-drop. Once profiled, the file becomes part of your overall WORLDOX document management system. Subject to security classification, the file is instantly available to other members of your firm.
